The ingredient
Why prickly pear
The seeds are tiny, there are very few of them in each fruit, and they have to be separated before the oil can be cold-pressed. That's why it's among the most expensive oils in cosmetics, and it's why most brands use a trace of it so they can print the name on the front of the box.
We use it at two to four percent, in all three products. It's the reason these cost what they cost, and it's the thing you'll notice first.

Vesper is 0.05% retinaldehyde, which is a lower starting strength than most treatments, and it's encapsulated so it releases gradually. It's also built on a full ceramide barrier complex rather than sitting in a plain base. Start twice a week, not nightly, and give it a month.
Please don't. Use them on different evenings. There's no benefit to stacking them and your skin will let you know.
Skip Vesper and talk to your doctor before using any retinoid. Meridian and Terra contain no retinoids.
