Shipping policy

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. Every order is filled by hand from our studio in the USA.

    Where we ship

    We currently ship to all fifty US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available; leave your email on the home page and we will write once when it is.

  2. 02

    Processing time

    Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern on Friday, or on a US public holiday, are processed the next business day.

    Because each batch is small and dated by hand, we occasionally sell through a product. If something you ordered is on backorder, we will tell you by email within one business day and you can wait, swap, or cancel for a full refund.

    Rates

    • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75.
    • Standard shipping on orders under $75: $6.95, calculated at checkout.
    • Expedited shipping: available at checkout, priced by the carrier.

    Shipping charges are shown before you pay and are not refundable unless the return is our error.

    Delivery estimates

    Standard shipping typically arrives three to six business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping arrives one to three business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

  5. 05

    Tracking

    You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. If tracking has not updated for five business days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

  6. 06

    Address changes

    Reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible if you need to change the address. We can update it until the order is packed. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

  7. 07

    Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

    If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and the product and email us within seven days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost. If an order is marked delivered but has not arrived, wait two business days, check with neighbours and your building, then contact us and we will make it right.
