Agreement

These terms govern your use of regencollective.net and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, along with our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the payment and delivery details you give us are accurate and yours to use.

Our products

Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, moisturise, and improve the appearance of the skin. They are not drugs, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Ingredient lists are published for every product. Read them before use. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch test on the inner arm for two days before applying to the face. If you are pregnant or nursing, skip Vesper and talk to your doctor before using any retinoid. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly between batches and between screens.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before then, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the price or description, and we will refund anything you have paid.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Where a product is obviously mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fill it at the wrong price. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Email and account

If you give us your email address for the launch list, you agree to receive the emails described in our Privacy policy, no more than one a month, and you may unsubscribe at any time. If we introduce accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the Regen Collective name and logo, the product names Meridian, Vesper, and Terra, the text, illustrations, photographs, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, to scrape it, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photograph, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our products and marketing, with credit where practical. Anyone writing about our products on our behalf must keep within the cosmetic claim rules we publish; a creator's claim becomes our claim.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that the law says cannot be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
