Who we are
Regen Collective ("we", "us") operates regencollective.net. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions, write to hello@regencollective.net.
- 02
What we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the products you buy.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email list: your email address, if you ask us to notify you about the launch or join the list.
- Site usage: pages visited, device type, browser, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by email, including return requests.
- 03
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order, including sending order and shipping confirmations.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send the emails you have asked for. If you join the list, we send no more than one email a month, ever, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working, understand how it is used, and protect it against fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send you marketing you have not asked for.
- 04
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage to run: to remember what is in your bag, to keep you signed in during checkout, and to prevent fraud. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the bag will still work for the current visit.
- 05
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers and fulfilment tools, our email provider, and our website host. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- 06
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate, without identifying you.
- 07
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to us.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within thirty days.
- If you are in California, the EU, the UK, or another region with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain sharing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority. Write to us and we will honour them.
- 08
Children
The site is not directed at children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
- 09
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fill your order. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you as the law requires.
- 10
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
